Class Description: Join us for a flavorful journey through the history of bread! This class offers a broad overview of how different cultures and eras have made and used bread. We’ll explore techniques, ingredients, and traditions across time, including sourdough and the role of natural leavening. Attendees will also have the opportunity to take home a live sourdough starter, along with simple care and feeding instructions to continue the tradition in their own kitchens. No participant limit or cost; sourdough starter is first-come, first-served until we run out.
