The Mongol, Byzantine, and Mamluk Empires were consumed by a darkness that fell over the land. For years, time stopped, people faded into nothingness and the world fell silent. Suddenly, the darkness was lifted and out of the ashes, these three empires began to rise once more! Which empire will prove to be the strongest and rule over all?
Atlantia, arise, prove that YOUR empire has what it takes to rule the new world that has come to be!
The Empires will be gathered as noted below, this has been done by region:
Bright Hills, Lochmere, Storvik, Ponte Alto, Dun Carraig, Stierbach, Marinus, Tir-Y-Don, Spiaggia Levantina, Roxbury Mill, and finally, those in Kingdom Lands South of Caer Maer (to the North Carolina border).
Hawkwood, Black Diamond, Sacred Stone, Highland Foorde, Caer Maer, Isenfir, and finally, those in Kingdom Lands South of Black Diamond.
Hidden Mountain, Raven’s Cove, Windmasters’ Hill, Notthinghill Coill, Sea Reach, Cathenar, Border Vale Keep, and finally, those in Kingdom Lands in North Carolina.
Households, you can pick an empire, if you wish.
(If it appears that there are more groups in one of the above than the others, that is because, historically, those groups usually have less people attend War of the Wings.)
War points will be submitted to Information Point. Make sure that you notify them of all points, because here, the points DO matter!

War of the Wings XV
From The Book of Stone, Vol XV
And lo, it came to pass, that the War of the Wings entered its thirteenth year, and much was made of it. Artillery shook the earth. Armor was strewn about. Crows flew over the battlefield. …parties were had.
These words now cause much sorrow and pain, for long has it been since allies or enemies gathered to strike a blow for their cause.
Wind blows quietly over the resting fields. Animals have begun to reclaim the land, only to be chased away by the scythes of field hands storing the hay for harvest.
Weeds have grown up and choked the familiar paths. The earth has taken a long, deep breath, and paused in its endless warfare.
Friends have bidden each other farewell, not realizing that eons would pass before they saw each other again, save in the firmament.
The sun has set over Elchenburg. All is dark. All is quiet. All is deserted.
But nothing lasts forever.
Two years have passed since that fateful day.
A new day dawns in Atlantia.
A seahorse as of old.
From far away, you hear the sound, where mighty hooves caress the ground.
A king stands down, and a new one crowned.
Life returns, and with it the endless bickering of enemies. And those enemies gather their allies, and begin, once again, from time immemorial, to converge on Elchenburg, lest all the lesser lands be split asunder.
This war, however, is a war, not of enmity, but of gladness. One long combat a’plaisance. The fighting begins again, but for one year at least, it is of enemies glad that they have simply survived the long, terrifying night, and rejoice in the dawning of a new day.
Welcome back to the War, my friends.
