Accessibility
Every gentle should be able to reach the field, the market, and the fire. Here is what the site holds, what we provide, and who to find when you need a hand.

Know Before You Come
The Site
The site is mostly sloped, with several flat areas accessible by motorized scooter or wheelchair. Most event activities have been scheduled in areas that are readily accessible.
Getting Around
Goobers and Golf Carts
Those areas that are not accessible by scooter can be reached by Goober — the golf carts that run about the site. This specifically includes Thrown Weapons and Archery.
Golf carts cannot transport scooters, so you will need a rolling walker or similar device to take part in activities once you reach the ranges.
Bring the Right Wheels
Outdoor Tires Required
Motorized scooters and wheelchairs will need outdoor tires. Indoor tires do not hold up on this ground.
On the Ground
Facilities
Accessible portable toilets are provided. If your camp has several mobility-impaired gentles who will need access, please reach out to Lord Timothy so he can advise the Land Layout staff of your needs. We will do our best to meet needs as best we are able.
One charging station for medical devices will be available at the Gate building and will be marked on the site map.
Power on Site
Charging Station
There is one charging station for scooters and CPAP machines, at the Gate building and marked on the site map. Time slots are reserved so that everyone who needs power gets it.

The Heart of the War
The Main Arena
The main arena is accessible from the back. Goobers will be available to help people get there as needed.
The Way In
Around the Back
The road around the back to the arena entrance is readily negotiable by scooter.
Please Take Care
Avoid the Upper Ramp
The ramp on the upper area of the arena is too steep for motorized scooters to operate safely, and is difficult to navigate on foot. Use the back entrance instead.
Arriving
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking will be clearly marked. A state placard or handicapped license plate is required to use these spaces.
