Before You Arrive
How Registration Works
Registration for War of the Wings is handled right here, not through SCORES. The path is short: complete the form, watch for your invoice, and settle up. Your place is secured once the invoice is paid.
Step One
Complete the Form
Fill out the pre-registration form with your details. Use the button below, or scan the code with your phone.
Step Two
Receive Your Invoice
Once your form is in, an invoice is sent to you through PayPal for the amount due.
Step Three
Settle Your Dues
Pay the PayPal invoice, and your place at the war is confirmed. That is all there is to it.

Fees
Pre-register and pay less at every tier. Rates below are per person; camping is charged per adult on top of registration, and children six and under are always free.

One day of registration, marked and noted at the gate. There is no re-entry on another day under a day site fee.
Extra Land
Ghosts
| Per 250 additional square feet | $15 |
Available through pre-registration only. Ghosts cannot be added at the gate, so reserve the land your camp needs before the window closes on 30 September.

The Market
Merchants
Twenty-five merchant spaces are open for the war, and every merchant must pre-register. The merchant fee of $25 is added to your registration. Merchants register through the merchant page rather than the form above.

What You Will Owe
Member: $35 registration + $25 merchant fee = $60
Non-Member: $45 registration + $25 merchant fee = $70
Merchants receive a camp assignment. Spaces are limited to twenty-five and are filled in the order they are received.
Paying at the Gate
By Approval Only
If you must settle your merchant fee at the gate rather than in advance, it can be collected there — but only with the approval of the Event Steward, who will send your name to Gate ahead of time.

Rolling In
RV Camping
Bringing an RV to the war? RV arrangements are made separately from your event registration and handled directly with the site — but you still register for the war itself, and select RV as your camp when you do.
To Reserve a Spot
Email Casey Van Hoy
Send a note to caseyvanhoy@gmail.com with three details: the size of your RV, the size of the electric hookup you will need, and your arrival and departure dates.
Fees for RV spots are paid directly to Van Hoy, separate from your event registration.
Do Not Skip This
Register for the War as Well
Reserving an RV spot with Van Hoy does not register you for War of the Wings. Complete the pre-registration form as everyone else does, and choose RV as your camp.
