Merchants

The war gathers the realm onto one field for a full week. Bring your wares, raise your stall, and set up your trade where the whole realm passes by. The Anarchy never stopped the market, and neither will we.

Set Up Your Stall

Come Trade at the War

War of the Wings is one of Atlantia’s largest gatherings, a full week of fighting, feasting, and making that draws populace from across the Known World. From the first tents on setup day to the tourney crowds of the final weekend, the market is where they browse, gather, and part with their coin. If you make it, mend it, brew it, bind it, or forge it, there is a place for you on the merchant row.

A Few of the Wares Welcome on the Row

  • Garb & Textiles
  • Arms & Armor
  • Jewelry
  • Feast Gear
  • Leatherwork
  • Fiber & Craft Supplies
  • Books & Scrolls
  • Pottery
  • Brewing Supplies
  • Apothecary

The list is far from complete. If your trade fits a medieval field, we would love to have you.

Keeping the Market Good

What We Ask

A short list, in the spirit of a well-run row. Follow these and you will fit right in.

Wares Fit for the Field

Suit the Setting

We ask merchants to lean toward goods that suit a medieval and Renaissance gathering: garb, feast gear, arms and armor, jewelry, fiber and craft supplies, and the like. Period-appropriate wares and display are encouraged.

Good Neighbors

Mind the Row

Keep your space tidy, honor quiet hours, and pack out what you bring in. A clean, welcoming row is good for every merchant on it, yourself most of all.

Coin and Its Keeping

Taxes and Licensing

Merchants are responsible for their own sales tax and any licensing their trade requires.
