Event Registration

Land Agents
Land agents are the designated contact for the individual camping groups. Before registration, please contact your group’s land agent to confirm that you are part of that camping group. It is the responsibility of the land agents to allocate land within the group’s camping block to the individual campers.

RV Policy
For those with RVs, there are only 15 spaces available for you, so please register as soon as possible. There are no hookups for RVs on site. In keeping with the theme of the event, modern or mundane campers will be placed in the designated RV camping area. We also did some research and found other options for you nearby at neighboring campgrounds. (We knew some of you would want full hookups!)

Vardos, wagons, medieval houses and such can be placed in the general camping areas with a paid registration and the camp’s land agent approval. If you have a question on whether your vehicle will be allowed in the general camping area, please contact the autocrat and the head of land to provide pictures and information. Refunds
For those requesting a refund for War of the Wings XVI, your request MUST be received five days after the closing of the event (that will be October 27th), IN WRITING (email is an acceptable form of this), if you are unable to accomplish it in SCORES.  If you wish to receive a refund, please email our Reservationist, Lucina of Southampton. Please ask for a refund even if you successfully cancel your reservation on SCORES. Also, in your statement, please note that you requested your refund through SCORES as well.
