Class Description: Planning a dayboard doesn’t have to feel like preparing for a royal feast on a peasant’s budget. In this class, we’ll break down the essentials of creating a successful dayboard: from designing a balanced and appealing spread, to managing costs, prepping efficiently, and figuring out just how much food your hungry fighters, artisans, and spectators are really going to eat.
We’ll cover:
– Menu design that works (and actually gets eaten)
– Budgeting without selling your armor
– Serving sizes that keep folks fed but don’t bury you in leftovers
– Prep and logistics tips so you don’t lose your sanity in the kitchen
Bonus: This class includes a hands-on make and take activity. Participants will prepare and take a dayboard, as well as help build the day board for the Rose Tournament.
Note: Pre-registration required
