– Morning Court is at 9:30 AM in the Arena. Eveing Court is a Great Court at 5:30 PM also in the Arena.

– Newcomer Quest booklets will be available at Gate for War of the Wings Thursday morning when Gate opens.

Wednesday 10/15/2025

– Our neighbors for the weekend are the Mountain Readiness Expo 2025. To visit their merchants, please come to Gate and get a purple wristband. If you see moderns wearing a purple wristband on our event grounds, please welcome them! https://www.mountainreadiness.com/

– The Memorial Bardic and Ship Burning will take place as usual on Saturday Night at 7:00pm. Location, TBA. As always, this is a time to remember those whom we have lost. And we have a lot to grieve this year.
– Heavy Pickups available today on the Tourney field.
– SCA Yard Sale today 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm in the bleachers at the top of the Arena.

Tuesday 10/14/25

– Parked vehicles that block other vehicles or critical lanes WILL BE TOWED The rate for Towing is $200-$250
– REPEAT – All vehicles should be moved to parking ASAP once you unload. Please do not leave vehices in your camp. After moving your car to Parking, use the radio at the Port-a-John to call gUber, we will pick you up. Use the big button on the left side.
– RV guests may keep ONE personal vehicle beside your camper
– gUber will close at 7:00 pm daily. Parking gUber will run until 9 PM.
– Shabbat dinner, everyone welcome. Must contact Zohara at (540) 314-6923 by 5 pm Wednesday. Dinner will be Friday 5:00 PM at the Corsairium Block C.

Monday, the 13th of October at 7:00 PM at Casa del Especiero de la Cruz, an SCA Memorial will be held for Graciela V. Hutchings, Known to the Kingdom and beyond as Baroness Graçia Esperança de Sevilla, OL, OP. Eleventh Baroness of Storvik. To attend, CLICK TO READ FURTHER.

In accordance with Maistir Cian Mac Cellachain Ui Dubhlaich, Seneschal to the Kingdom of Atlantia, Dame Fjorlief in Rauda, Exchequer to the Kingdom of Atlantia, and Mistress Adair of Makyswell, Head Gate of WoW, the following must be followed as this is a Kingdom of Atlantia event and there are NO ‘but-what if’s’.

If you are not registered for War of the Wings 300, Members and Non-Members alike may enter site on Monday morning. You will do a formal Trolling and there will be separate Sheets to maintain your participation, and a wearable Site Token that you must wear while on site. Please make sure you have your Membership Cards with you or acceptable Identification to include your Drivers’ License.

The fee for each entry will be $10.00 for Members, which is for Monday, the 13th of October only. For Non-Members, we will still need to follow Corpora and have the Non-Member surcharge collected for Insurance and Waivers signed, so your entry fees will be $20.00 for the entire day of WOW.

You must be offsite by 6:00 am the following morning, as many will wish to spend time with Casa del Esperciero de la Cruz in toasting this Gentle soul and her incredible Household. Youth and Children will be no charge, but Non-Member children will still require their Waivers to be signed. The Gate will accept Checks and Cash only.

Please know that the Staff of this event has went above and beyond to let you know we have heard you. Please make sure that this Memorial and enjoyment of Life is enjoyed by all.
