Note: Gate will keep three (3) lanes open at all times during gate hours to make your registration experience as speedy as possible.

Welcome Atlantia and beyond from your Reservationist/Gate Minister.  I would like to offer a few recommendations that will make your Gating a smooth experience and assist your Troll Staff in Gating you quickly and efficiently:

SCORES, the Electronic Registration System will close on 9/30/2025 at 11:59 pm. You may still register at the Gate if it is your wish, but do know that your choice for camping Locations will be limited.

Please have the following with you when you check in:

1. Registration Confirmation – With a successful registration, you will have received an email receipt showing your registration and the payment information.  Please take a Screen Shot of your Registration confirmation and carry it in your Photos or print it out and bring it with you.  If you cannot locate it – do not fret. I keep them on my phone and will look to assist you.

2. Membership Card – Please carry a copy of either your Blue Card by Photograph or follow the process below, and SCA.org will send you a current Membership Card Electronically:

Go to SCA.org – Go to Membership- Select Membership (top bar-left side)-Select Manage Membership- Log In- This will take you to your Membership Portal – On the Left bar select-Request a Proof of Membership email.  This will send your full Membership information which you can provide to the Gate.  It’s a time saver instead of trying to access them at the Gate.

3. Identification – If you are a non-member (or have a lapsed membership at time of entry), please bring your Driver’s License or other state-issued identification, which should match your Pre-Registration information. We will have Waivers to sign at each lane at gate.

4. Vehicle Tag – Please take a photo of your vehicles’ tag number and State.  This will save you time in line.

5. Late Arrivals – For those that will arrive after the close of Gate at 10:00 pm due to circumstances.  Security will bring you to the gate and a box with writing instruments and a sign in form will be there.  Please fill it in and return it to the Gate box.  You will be required to return to Gate the following morning and formally check in for signing of any waivers (if required), acquiring wrist bands (if required), and Site tokens.  If you are tardy in returning, you may find Security at your location.  😊

6. Visiting Royalty – Please have your Royal Secretary/Chamberlain/Representative contact me in advance of the War via email with a copy of your blue card. We will work with your Representative to manage your entry. Monarchs do not stand in line in Atlantia!

7. Combatants – For members that will be checking in at the Minister of the Lyst for different martial activities, please let us know at the Gate as you will receive a Trolled In token for the MOL to document.

8. Minors – If you are younger than 21 years of age – please have your Identification with Birthdate ready, as you get a special gift at the Gate.

9. Accompanied Minors – If you are arriving with a Minor and you are not the Parent or Legal Guardian, please make sure to have the necessary paperwork including the notarized Treatment of Minor form to present at Gate:

10. Pets – The State of North Carolina requires that any pets brought onsite must have proof of rabies vaccine. Please make sure you have current proof of vaccination for your dog/cat.
