Ingredients and recipes will be provided so you can make some of the spices blends and condiment used on the African continent. We will definitely make the four listed (*Berbere, Piripiri, Harissa* and preserved lemons) but it is possible to make other blends with the same spices. Bring small jars/bottles for the spices and a quart mason jar equivalent for the lemons.
